Restore Your Computer To An Earlier Time



In Windows, there is a tool that you can use to undo the changes made to your computer by restoring it.

System Restore returns your computer to an earlier time.

For example, let's say your computer is in a very bad condition now. You want it to perform like it did a month ago. You can simply use System Restore to take it back to the past, and your computer will run nicely like it did.



Using It



Open System Restore by clicking the start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools. and finally clicking System Restore.

The tool is very easy to use as it's in computer wizard form, complete with explanations and graphics. All you have to do is select a restore point.



Tips

- Backup your important files. Because System Restore will go back to the past and in the past the files might not existed yet.

- Recall when is the last time your computer was in good condition.



Note:
System Restore might not be able to solve problems caused by security threats such as viruses and spyware. There is no guarantee that it can solve your problems.
